lemon feta chicken

ingredients
- Two chicken breasts - you can do more if desired
- Two lemons, one sliced and one zested
- Kinder Seasonings - Lemon Pepper and Garlic Herb
- Garlic Powder
- Reduced Feta
- Salt and Pepper

- 100 g of chicken - 165 calories and 1/4 cup of feta - 30 calories, 38 g of protein
instructions
- Set the oven to 375.
- Butterfly and flatten out the chicken breasts like you would to make chicken cutlets. Salt and pepper the chicken and pan sear them in a hot OVEN SAFE pan (sprayed with light oil).
- Take the chicken off the heat and top with both Kinder Seasonings, garlic powder, sliced lemons, lemon zest and reduced feta to desired amount.
- Place the OVEN SAFE pan with the chicken in the oven until the internal temp of the chicken is fully cooked - 165 degrees.
Additional ideas:
Add capers and parsley if desired.
