COOK TIME: 20 MINUTES   TOTAL TIME: 25 MINUTES YIELDS: 4 SERVINGS


ingredients

  1. Two chicken breasts - you can do more if desired
  2. Two lemons, one sliced and one zested
  3. Kinder Seasonings - Lemon Pepper and Garlic Herb
  4. Garlic Powder
  5. Reduced Feta
  6. Salt and Pepper

  • 100 g of chicken - 165 calories and 1/4 cup of feta - 30 calories, 38 g of protein


instructions

  1. Set the oven to 375.
  2. Butterfly and flatten out the chicken breasts like you would to make chicken cutlets. Salt and pepper the chicken and pan sear them in a hot OVEN SAFE pan (sprayed with light oil).
  3. Take the chicken off the heat and top with both Kinder Seasonings, garlic powder, sliced lemons, lemon zest and reduced feta to desired amount.
  4. Place the OVEN SAFE pan with the chicken in the oven until the internal temp of the chicken is fully cooked - 165 degrees.


Additional ideas:

Add capers and parsley if desired.
