ingredients

  1. One 1 lb package of ground chicken 
  2. One 4 oz package of fat free feta 
  3. One egg 
  4. One package of fresh rosemary 
  5. One serving of Porq Italian Bread Crumbs 
  6. Garlic Powder 
  7. For the Sauce
  8. Light Mayonnaise 
  9. Limes (Zest and Juice) 
  10. Golden Wheat Sola Buns 
  11. Optional Garnish of Choice
  12. Tomatoes
  13. Lettuce/Microgreens

  • The patty - 200 calories and 25 g of protein 
  • The whole shabang - 345 calories and 40 g of protein, 20 g of fiber


instructions 

  1. Combine all patty ingredients into a bowl (chopped rosemary, garlic powder, ground chicken, fat free feta, egg and bread crumbs, additional seasoning if desired *no salt* as the feta and bread crumbs are already very salty). 
  2. Form patties with the combined mixture and cook on the grill or pan over the stove until the internal temperature is 165 degrees fahrenheit.
  3. While the burgers cook, combine 150 g of light mayo and the zest of one lime with the juice of one lime. Set aside. 
  4. Assemble the burger - patty, buns, mayo, and add toppings that you desire. Enjoy.
