About Me
Bryce Boggs is a Certified Personal and Physique Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and a 3rd level Physical Preparation and Strength Performance Specialist by Poliquin International Group (PICP). He is among only four Poliquin Certified Physical Preparation Coaches in the state of Georgia. His 13-year tenure also includes director-level experience in facilities, operations, staff, and wellness management. Bryce entered Georgia State University as a scholarship soccer athlete and received his B.S. degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology.
Bryce's personal philosophy on training is goals and results driven. His advanced knowledge is exemplified through his comprehensive training approach based on scientific methodology and positive outcomes. He has devised programs tailored to a variety of strength and fitness programs to optimize performance and physique. Weight loss, fat loss, and nutrition have evolved well past the usual “eat this” or “workout this way” to achieve results. There must be a well-rounded and holistic approach to optimize every client’s health and wellbeing. With such limited time in work/life schedules, Bryce uses specific techniques and tools to identify, correct, and enhance results as fast as possible.
