2. Visiting the store, server logs and cookies

This store is hosted by Payhip (Payhip Ltd., London, United Kingdom). When you visit it, Payhip processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system to deliver the pages and keep them secure. Payhip uses technically necessary cookies for this, for example for the cart and session. Non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie notice; you can reject them there. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, working store) and section 25(2) TDDDG, and for non-essential cookies Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TDDDG. CareNunnos itself does not use Google Analytics or advertising pixels.

3. Orders through Payhip

When you order, Payhip processes in particular your email address, country, order and product data, payment status, technical transaction data, your answers to checkout questions and, where collected, your name. This is necessary to conclude the contract, deliver the digital content, provide support and meet legal duties. For digital VAT in the EU and the UK, Payhip acts as reseller and uses your country and order data for this. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. Payhip's privacy policy also applies: https://payhip.com/privacy

4. Payment through PayPal

All payment methods offered at checkout (PayPal, SEPA direct debit, credit or debit card) are processed by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg. PayPal processes the data required for the payment. CareNunnos receives payment and transaction information but not your complete account or card details. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR. PayPal's privacy statement also applies: https://www.paypal.com/de/legalhub/privacy-full

5. Product updates by email (only with consent)

If you tick "Send me product updates and offers via email" at checkout, we use your email address to send you updates and offers from CareNunnos. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future, using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to hello@carenunnos.com. Without the tick you only receive emails about your order.

6. Email support

If you contact us, we process your contact details and message to handle your request under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

7. Recipients, international transfers and retention

Recipients may include Payhip, PayPal and, where necessary, tax advisers, authorities and technical providers. Payhip is based in the United Kingdom, which is covered by an EU adequacy decision. Where Payhip or PayPal transfer data to other third countries, they rely on the mechanisms stated in their privacy policies, in particular EU standard contractual clauses. We keep data only as long as needed for contract performance, support and legal claims; order and invoice data are kept for the statutory commercial and tax retention periods. Data for product updates is kept until you withdraw consent.

8. Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also complain to a data-protection authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.

9. Required information

Without the data required for ordering and payment, the contract cannot be concluded or performed. Consent to product updates is voluntary. CareNunnos does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

10. Electronic withdrawal via Google Forms

For the electronic withdrawal function ("Withdraw from contract") we use a Google Forms form (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). We process your email address, name, order details, your statement and the date and time of receipt. You automatically receive an acknowledgement by email; a copy goes to hello@carenunnos.com. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR (handling the withdrawal and the legal duty to provide a withdrawal function). Google may process data outside the EEA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses. Google's privacy policy also applies: https://policies.google.com/privacy
