Vertragspartner für Käufe in diesem Shop ist Paul Aumann, CareNunnos, An der Christuskirche 18, 30167 Hannover, Deutschland (siehe Impressum). Payhip stellt Shop, Checkout und Downloadseite bereit, PayPal wickelt die Zahlung ab. Für die digitale Umsatzsteuer in der EU und im Vereinigten Königreich tritt Payhip als Wiederverkäufer auf und führt die Steuer ab.

2. Vertragsschluss, Korrektur, Speicherung, Sprache

Die Darstellung der Produkte im Shop ist noch kein verbindliches Angebot. Sie legen Produkte in den Warenkorb, gehen zum Checkout, geben E-Mail-Adresse und Land an, beantworten die Pflichtfrage zum sofortigen Download und wählen eine Zahlungsart. Bis zum Abschluss des Bezahlvorgangs können Sie Ihre Eingaben jederzeit in den Eingabefeldern, im Warenkorb („Edit“, „Remove“) oder mit der Zurück-Funktion Ihres Browsers korrigieren oder den Vorgang abbrechen. Mit dem Abschluss des Bezahlvorgangs geben Sie ein verbindliches Angebot ab; wir nehmen es an, indem wir Ihnen die Downloadseite bereitstellen. Wir speichern den Vertragstext nicht gesondert zum Abruf; diese Bedingungen und die Widerrufsbelehrung können Sie jederzeit hier abrufen, speichern und ausdrucken. 3. Vertragsgegenstand

Verkauft werden digitale Tabellen-Vorlagen und PDF-Anleitungen als einmaliger Download. Es wird kein körperlicher Artikel versandt. Die jeweilige Produktbeschreibung bestimmt den konkreten Lieferumfang und die beworbene Version.

4. Lizenz

Eine kaufende Person oder ein kaufendes Unternehmen erhält ein einfaches, nicht ausschließliches und nicht übertragbares Recht, die Dateien für die eigenen betrieblichen Abläufe zu verwenden und an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anzupassen. Die Nutzung durch Mitarbeitende innerhalb desselben Unternehmens ist zulässig.

5. Nicht gestattete Nutzung

Nicht gestattet sind insbesondere Weiterverkauf, Weitergabe, öffentliche Bereitstellung, Veröffentlichung, Unterlizenzierung oder Verteilung der Originaldateien, bearbeiteter Fassungen oder im Wesentlichen gleichwertiger Kopien. Die Dateien dürfen nicht als eigenes Template-Produkt angeboten oder in frei zugängliche Vorlagenbibliotheken eingestellt werden.

6. Funktionalität und Kompatibilität

Die makrofreien .xlsx-Dateien sind für aktuelle Desktop-Versionen von Microsoft Excel vorgesehen. Für Google Sheets wird eine gesonderte Importdatei geliefert, die hochgeladen und als native Google-Tabelle gespeichert werden muss. Darstellung, Schutz und einzelne Funktionen können nach der Konvertierung abweichen. Internetzugang und ein Google-Konto sind für Google Sheets erforderlich. Mobile Tabellen-Apps sind nicht die primär unterstützte Umgebung. Es besteht keine automatische Verbindung zu Bankkonten, Finanzbehörden, Buchhaltungssystemen oder Navigationsdiensten.

7. Updates und Support

Der Kauf umfasst die beworbene Dateiversion und E-Mail-Support bei Download- oder Dateifehlern. Zukünftige Funktionsupdates sowie Buchhaltungs-, Steuer-, Rechts- oder Unternehmensberatung sind nicht geschuldet.

8. Verhältnis zur Payhip-Endnutzerlizenz

Im Checkout verweist Payhip zusätzlich auf eigene Bedingungen, darunter eine Endnutzerlizenz. Im Verhältnis zwischen Ihnen und CareNunnos gehen bei Widersprüchen diese Bedingungen vor.

9. Gesetzliche Rechte

Gesetzliche Rechte bei mangelhaften digitalen Produkten sowie zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt. Diese Bedingungen enthalten keinen pauschalen Ausschluss gesetzlicher Gewährleistungs- oder Haftungsansprüche.

Purchases in this store are made from Paul Aumann, CareNunnos, An der Christuskirche 18, 30167 Hannover, Germany (see Legal Notice). Payhip provides the store, checkout and download page; PayPal processes the payment. For digital VAT in the EU and the UK, Payhip acts as reseller and remits the tax.

2. Conclusion of contract, corrections, storage, language

Products shown in the store are not yet a binding offer. You add products to the cart, go to checkout, enter your email address and country, answer the required question about immediate download and choose a payment method. Until you complete the payment step you can correct your entries at any time in the input fields, in the cart ("Edit", "Remove") or with your browser's back function, or cancel. By completing the payment step you make a binding offer, which we accept by providing the download page. After ordering you receive an email with the order details, your consent to immediate download and the link to the download page. We do not store the contract text for later retrieval; you can view, save and print these terms and the withdrawal information here at any time. The contract languages are German and English; if they differ, the German version prevails.

3. Product

The purchase covers downloadable spreadsheet templates and PDF instructions. No physical item is shipped. The product description defines the included files and advertised version.

4. Licence grant

One purchaser or business receives a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and adapt the files for its own operations. Employees of the same business may use them internally.

5. Prohibited use

Resale, redistribution, public sharing, publication, sublicensing or distribution of the original files, modified versions or substantially equivalent copies is prohibited. The files may not be offered as the purchaser's own template product or added to a public template library.

6. Functionality and compatibility

The macro-free .xlsx files are designed for current desktop versions of Microsoft Excel. A separate Google Sheets import workbook is supplied and must be uploaded and saved as a native Google Sheet. Formatting, protection and some behaviour may differ after conversion. Internet access and a Google account are required for Google Sheets. Mobile spreadsheet apps are not the primary supported environment. The files do not connect automatically to bank accounts, tax authorities, accounting systems or navigation services.

7. Updates and support

The purchase includes the advertised file version and email support for download or file defects. Future feature updates and bookkeeping, tax, legal or business advice are not included.

8. Relation to the Payhip end-user licence

At checkout Payhip also refers to its own terms, including an end-user licence. Between you and CareNunnos, these terms prevail in case of conflict.

9. Statutory rights

Statutory rights for defective digital products and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. These terms do not generally exclude statutory warranty or liability claims.
