Described as a “rising voice” in The Strad, Carol J Jones is a classical composer, writing chamber, vocal and orchestral music. Her unique approach to composition deconstructs sounds to uncover the hidden music in nature and change our understanding of the natural world.

She has been commissioned and worked with ensembles including the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, Southbank Sinfonia, the Orchestra of Opera North, BBC Singers, Black Oak Ensemble, Orkest De Ereprijs, Ligeti Quartet, Heather Roche and Fenella Humphreys. 

Carol is a Soundhub Associate with the London Symphony Orchestra.
