About Me
I’m Austin Kent — a former MLB scout, elite swing and speed coach, performance specialist, and dad.
I’ve spent my career working with athletes across MLB, NFL, NHL, MLS, professional tennis, professional golf, and college sports — helping them improve movement, speed, strength, coordination, and performance.
Through that experience, I became increasingly interested in what separates athletes who consistently adapt, improve, and stay on the field from those who constantly battle limitations, injuries, and plateaus.
My work now focuses on building those foundations earlier.
For developing athletes, that means helping parents build the physical confidence, coordination, sensory awareness, movement options, and athletic abilities that can make their kids more resilient today — while laying the foundation for higher levels of performance later.
For older and competitive athletes, it means identifying and developing the underlying systems that allow strength, speed, skill, and sport-specific training to translate more effectively into performance.
I create simple, practical training systems for parents, coaches, and athletes who want meaningful results without getting lost in endless corrective exercises, complicated drills, or constant overcoaching.
The mission is simple: build more capable, adaptable, resilient athletes — and give young athletes the foundation to perform at a high level for years to come.
