Your digital products are delivered automatically and immediately upon purchase by an email from BookFunnel. If the email hasn’t arrived in 3-5 minutes, look for it in your Spam or Promotions folder. Your digital products will be delivered to the email address that you specified upon checkout. Please check and make sure the email address is correct before purchasing digital content.

Where are my ebooks/audiobooks?

Log into the BookFunnel reader portal with the email you used to purchase/download your books, and you will find your library there. Your library will contain all ebooks and audiobooks you have purchased directly through BookFunnel from any and all authors.

How do I read my purchased ebook?

Ebooks can be read on most phones, tablets, and non-e-ink ereader devices, and on most modern browsers on your computer.

How do I listen to my purchased audiobook?

You can listen to your audiobook in the BookFunnel app, or by streaming in the BookFunnel cloud player, or with DRM-free MP3 downloads. The BookFunnel app is built specifically for audiobooks, and is supported on most tablets and mobile devices. You can also listen to your audiobook directly from your computer, browser, or on any MP3-supported playing device.
