⭐️Online & Digital Mind & Meditation teacher

Dear Blessed One,

It is wonderful that you are here.

'We recognise our wholeness & both greet our Holiness and with a sigh and a knowing smile we both lean back into our original state of Grace'.

I am Christi, a Student of A Course In Miracles, a student of Aramaic Jesus and an accredited Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher (KRI).

I record immersive Christi-based teachings, prayers, & meditations & breath techniques which make for complete devotional practices a ‘Christian Sadhana’ or you can experience them as a preamble to your own practice. Or both! The true teachings and the words conveyed come directly from a beautiful mystic called Jesus who lives in the hearts and minds of all the Subjects that live in the Universe.

I spent many years discovering these practices and mastering some of them as an accredited teacher. Practising for 100's hours and navigating a deep meditative path. Always that voice in my heart and mind was Christ calling. His healing words are miracles in themselves and carry such magnetism and atmosphere of his own connection to Rukha d'qudsha the Holy Spirit.

Truly so blessed to be sharing these teachings with you and to be a small part of your journey.

All meditation traditions share the same core theme: connecting with the Living Spirit. The Holy One unites the diversity of meditations in all forms.

Try and spend as much time in silence with the Holy One as you do in your interactive life. Balance the time where you dwell. That is the key to a truly transformative spiritual practice.

How do I do that? You ask. Get up early in the morning Amrit Vela more commonly known as early morning meditation. ‘How early’, you may ask… to be precise, at 4am! Well, ‘Amrit’ means nectar while ‘Vela’ means time or moment.

As one sits in meditation and in contemplation of God, one is able to taste the nectar, the sweetness, of this divine relationship and take sustenance to empower the self.

It is a very special, silent and personal time with Him that is much more difficult to recreate once the world begins its busy, noisy day. It is the only time to take real power from God.

So what do you do once you have managed to wake up and get out of bed?  Wash your face, (jump into a cold shower or ice bath) and have coffee or tea if you feel you need it to stay awake (I do).  Then set a dim light and sit to meditate in your favourite place.  Open a window for fresh air and fill your lungs with the morning ozone. Light a candle if you wish, but remember that that is simply a pale reflection of the light that is inside of you, the sparkling light sitting in the centre of your forehead.

Light your incense and use one or some of the practices below as part of your spiritual practice.

All are purification and concentration techniques to calm the jumping bean mind and soothe our overworked nervous system. Quiet the chat room of the mind, let each thought exit and then we wait for the presence of the One to arrive.
