About Me

My name is Cici Gibson, owner of Cici Gibson Fitness LLC. I’m an island girl living in the Pacific Northwest. I've worked out on and off throughout the years but I dove head first into the fitness lifestyle in January 2018 after going through a divorce. Fitness became my safe haven, my therapy, my safe space and I wish to share that with each and everyone of you! Fitness, working out, healthy lifestyle, often gets placed in a box of being “too hard” or restrictive or “I don’t have time” but overall health and fitness is on going! It’s going for a hike, 30 min walking, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, working out for 20 mins a day if that’s all you have. Fitness is all about progressing forward, it’s a lifestyle with no end or due date. It’s about making conscious choices daily to build long lasting health habits. 

I strive to provide functional programs to my clients that are not complicated but will get you results. Over the years I’ve experienced lots of trial and error and my goal is to help my clients avoid the common mistakes that I made when I was first getting started with my fitness journey. I strive to provide workout programs that will help you reach your goals overtime, no matter what they are. I am happy and excited to work with you, LETS GET IT!
