You have been so amazing! From the start to the beginning, always asking how my week has been and what it’s looking for the week ahead which was so perfect as my week and days change constantly. When I slack off you always made sure I was doing the small things right to keep on track and still work on my goals. Having your planned out sessions ready for me has been awesome, it allows me to get the work done properly and I know I’m improving myself and working towards my goals. Sarah never made me feel bad for missing a workout or not eating properly. She focused on a "forget about yesterday, what can you do today to improve today"  mindset and I found that incredibly helpful.

"This was the most amazing 8 weeks ever. I have learnt so much about myself and gym as a whole. I felt comfortable in all the programs I was given and always supported when i felt like I was doing something i was unsure of. Sarah is the BEST at motivating and taking so much time and effort to make sure I was feeling good and getting through each week the best I could. I did the unthinkable and lifted so many weights and felt amazing and would never have thought about this until i started with Sarah. The meal plan was a bit of a challenge but i did it to how i could with my dietary restrictions and Sarah catered all the information and guides there is to help get a more understanding on everything. "I was super apprehensive about joining a challenge with other women initially. But I decided I needed to do this for me. I got more than I anticipated and absolutely loved it. The group sessions were both fun and challenging. It was awesome meeting other women and working on our own goals but together in a fun environment. As someone who has a lot of weight to lose I'm glad I'm not just pushing myself with cardio when there is so much more to the gym. I've learnt free-hand weights and built techniques for things I didn't think I could do. Sarah incorporated exercises that considered my injuries and gave alternatives in the group setting when needed. I found Sarah an amazing PT to work aside and am looking forward to future 1:1 sessions. I'm going to miss the challenge though!"
