Version 1.2, 26 Oct 2026. These terms apply to every purchase from the Register Fitness store on Payhip. By buying, you agree to these terms and to the Health & Safety Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not buy.

1. Who we are. This store is run by Stephen Register, doing business as Register Fitness, St. Augustine, Florida, USA. Contact: register.stephen.paul@gmail.com. I reply within 2 business days.

2. What you are buying. Each program is a digital download: a printable PDF guide in US Letter and A4 sizes and an Excel tracker that also opens in Google Sheets. Bundles contain the listed programs. Nothing is shipped. Payhip delivers the files by download link and email right after payment. Keep a copy of your files. If a link stops working, email me with your order details.

3. Your license. Your purchase gives you a personal license for use within your household, so someone at home may follow the plan with you. You may print copies for that use. You may not share, upload, resell, give away or copy the files for others. Trainers, coaches, gyms and teams may not use the files with clients or athletes without a written license from me. The programs, text, design and trackers remain the property of Stephen Register. © 2026 Stephen Register.

4. Refunds. All sales of digital downloads are final, and no refunds are given, including for change of mind, because the files are delivered immediately. If a file is damaged or you receive the wrong one, contact me and I'll replace it. Contacting me for support does not create a right to a refund. Please email me before opening a dispute with your bank or card company so I can fix the problem. This does not limit any right that the law says cannot be waived.

5. Health and safety. Every program is general fitness and training education, not medical advice, and no result is guaranteed. Exercise carries a risk of injury. 6. No coaching relationship. Buying a program does not make me your personal coach or create a coach-client relationship. Email support covers file and download questions. It is not individual training or medical advice.

7. Under 18. Buyers must be 18 or older. A parent or guardian may buy a program for a minor. By doing so, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms and the Health & Safety Disclaimer for that minor and accepts responsibility for giving permission and arranging adult supervision of every training session.

8. Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stephen Register, Register Fitness and anyone working with them are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage that comes from buying, using or misusing the programs, trackers or this store, including indirect or consequential damages. If any liability is found anyway, it is limited to the amount you paid for the program involved. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you. The files are provided as they are, without other warranties, except where the law does not allow that.

9. Changes to programs and terms. I may update programs to fix errors or improve them. I may update these terms. The version in force on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
