Jan Otterbeck – Digital Training Programs via Payhip


1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products offered by Jan Otterbeck through the Payhip platform. They govern the contractual relationship between the provider (Jan Otterbeck) and the customer.


2. Subject of the Contract

The products sold are digital training materials, particularly strength and conditioning programs for dancers. The content is protected by copyright and intended exclusively for private, non-commercial use.


3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is formed once the customer completes the payment process via Payhip. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions as well as the Right of Withdrawal policy.


4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include applicable VAT, if required. Payment is made via the payment methods provided by Payhip. No shipping costs apply.


5. Delivery and Access

After successful payment, the customer receives immediate access to the digital product via email or Payhip account. There is no physical delivery.


6. Copyright and Usage Rights

All content is the intellectual property of Jan Otterbeck. Customers receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public display without written consent is prohibited.


7. Right of Withdrawal

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once access to the product is granted and the customer has:

  • Explicitly agreed that delivery begins before the withdrawal period ends, and
  • Acknowledged that this voids their right of withdrawal.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Use of the training materials is at your own risk. The provider is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from improper execution or personal misuse of the exercises or advice given.


9. Data Protection

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All legal relationships shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered address.
