This shop is run by Ashley Rochette, based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Here is exactly what happens to your information.

What I collect

- Your email address, when you buy something or download the free sampler.

- Your name, if you give it at checkout.

- Your country, which is needed to work out sales tax.

- Basic technical information like IP address and browser type, collected automatically by the shop platform.

What I never see

Your card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details go to them, never to me, and I could not see them if I wanted to.

What I use it for

- Sending you the file you bought or requested.

- Sending your receipt.

- Emailing you about new books, if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link and one click is all it takes.

I do not sell your information. I do not trade it. I do not hand it to anyone for advertising.

Who else touches it

- Payhip, which runs the shop and stores orders.

- Stripe, which processes payments.

Each has its own privacy policy and each is a large established company handling this for millions of sellers.

How long I keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax law requires. If you are on the email list, I keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your rights

Email me and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, that is a legal right you have. If you are anywhere else, you have it here anyway because it is the right way to run things.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies to keep your cart working and to remember basic preferences. Your browser can block them.

Children

The books are for children. The shop is not. Please do not buy or sign up if you are under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
