Everything in this shop is a digital file that downloads the moment you pay. Because of that, all sales are final and purchases are non-refundable.

Please look at the free sampler before you buy. It is drawn in the same art style and laid out in the same format as the books, so you will know exactly what you are getting.

If something goes wrong, email me. If your file will not download, arrives damaged, or is not the thing you paid for, I will fix it or refund you. Please include your order number or forward me your receipt, so I can find the purchase. That is not a loophole, it is just fair, and I would rather hear from you than have you stuck with something broken.

If you are in the EU or UK: you normally have a 14 day right to change your mind. Because these files are delivered immediately, you give that right up at checkout when you agree to instant delivery. Your statutory rights where they still apply are not affected by anything on this page.
