• The name or email address used for the purchase.
• The product name.
• Your order number, if available.
• A brief explanation of the question or problem.

Please do not email full payment card numbers, passwords, or confidential student information.

Response Time

I aim to respond to customer questions within [2–3 business days]. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or particularly busy periods.
