Thank you for supporting Counseling Adventures! I create practical, engaging digital resources to help school counselors and educators support students. Please review this policy before purchasing.

Digital Products

All products sold through Counseling Adventures are digital products unless a listing specifically states otherwise. Products may include PDF lesson plans, worksheets, counseling activities, discussion cards, games, and other educational resources. No physical product will be shipped. After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through Payhip. Please check your order confirmation for download instructions.

Downloading Your Purchase

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading and saving their purchased files. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact me through the "Contact" page. I will do my best to help resolve download or file-access problems.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products and the ability to access or download files immediately, all sales are final, and refunds are not available except where required by applicable law. Please contact me if you experience a problem with your order, receive an incorrect file, or cannot access your purchase. I will review the issue and work with you to address it appropriately. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
