Welcome to our Production & Shipping Policy! At Craf-Tee’s Custom Creations, every order is handmade with heart and island pride. This page explains in detail important information on our production timeframe, deposit requirements, and shipping process so you’ll always know what to expect. Please review carefully before placing your custom order — CLEAR COMMUNICATION on both sides helps us craft your piece with love and deliver it smoothly.
Processing & Production Time:
Custom orders require approximately 10–20 business days for completion after your deposit has been received.
Processing times may vary slightly based on design complexity, materials, and current workload.
You’ll receive email updates at each stage — confirmation, in-progress, and ready-to-ship notices.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any custom work begins.
Deposits secure your spot in our production schedule and cover the cost of materials and design preparation.
The remaining balance plus shipping will be invoiced once your item is completed and ready to ship.
Work will not ship until the final balance is paid in full.
Shipping
Orders are primarily shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on location and best rate.
Shipping costs are calculated and invoiced separately once the item is finished.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Craf-Tee’s Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Order Changes & Cancellations
ALL made to order item that needs to changed or cancelled after production begins will forfeit deposit and may incur additional cost depending on where the item is in the production process.
