You are responsible for ensuring you can access and store your files.

4. Payment

All prices are in GBP (£). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We may correct pricing errors and issue a refund if necessary.

5. Digital access & cancellation rights

By purchasing digital content, you agree that:

Delivery begins immediately after purchase

You consent to immediate access

You lose your 14-day cancellation right once download or access begins (as permitted under UK consumer law)

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access or download has begun.

Refunds are only issued if:

A file is faulty and cannot be fixed

You have made a duplicate purchase

7. Intellectual property

All content remains the property of Crafty Sew & So.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence only.

You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute any materials.

8. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, misuse of products, or issues outside our control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
