• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for orders shipped outside South Africa.

4. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)

• Under section 44 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have 5 business days after receiving the goods to cancel the transaction for any reason.

• You must return the goods in their original condition at your expense.
• We will refund you via the original payment method through Paystack within 15 business days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Returns and Defective Goods

• In addition to the cooling-off right, if a product is defective, unsafe, or not as described, you may return it within 6 months of delivery under section 56 of the CPA.
• Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, you are entitled to choose a repair, replacement, or refund.
• If the return is approved, we will issue your refund via Paystack.

6. Intellectual Property

• All artworks, designs, images, and content on this Site are the intellectual property of Crawford Fine Art.
