in this shop starts right here with us. But once you place an order, our trusted

production partners help bring it to life and ship it straight to your door. Between streaming, designing, and taking care of our disabled son (plus keeping the house from catching fire… metaphorically), we simply can’t do it all ourselves. Believe me—we tried. It was chaos.

Here’s how refunds and returns work in our little corner of the internet:

Streamer Merch

Made just for you, boo. Once you order, it’s sent off to our production partner to be created just for you. That means:

❌ No returns

❌ No exchanges

❌ No cancellations

Unless… something went totally sideways. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or completely not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll absolutely fix it.

Digital Downloads

Digital goodies are final sale—no refunds. (You can’t exactly return pixels, ya know?)

BUT. If something’s broken, glitchy, or just throwing a tantrum, shoot us an email! We’ll fix it, resend it, or perform digital CPR until it behaves.

Okay, good news—this stuff? You can request a refund or replacement… if something’s not right. You’ve got 7 days from delivery to say, “Uhh, bestie, this ain’t it.”

We’ll fix it if:

• The design’s wonky or misprinted
• You got the wrong item
