Hey there, legend!

By shopping, downloading, or just hanging out in our little corner of the internet, you’re agreeing to these friendly terms. No scary legalese here—just the basics from us to you.

1. Who We Are

We’re Cristina & William!

All physical products in our shop come either freshly made just for you or are already made by our trusted production and fulfillment partners. We don’t stock inventory ourselves—every order is handled with care by our amazing partners.

If we didn’t design it, we licensed it properly. 💛 Made with love, hustle, and a sprinkle of chaos.

2. Orders & Payment

• Prices are in USD
• Payment is due at checkout
• Double-check your order before placing it—we can’t change it once it’s in motion!
• Payments are securely handled through PayPal, Stripe, or similar. We don’t see or keep your payment info (and honestly, we don’t want to).

3. Shipping & Processing

We currently ship to the United States only.

Orders are fulfilled by our trusted production and fulfillment partners—some are made just for you, some are already made and ready to ship.

• Processing + shipping time: Usually 2–14 business days from order to delivery.
• Most orders arrive within a week, but this window covers production and shipping time.
• Tracking info will be sent when available.

4. Refunds & Returns — The Real Talk

Streamer Merch

• Made-to-order with loads of love (and caffeine).
• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Please double-check sizes, colors, spelling, and your shipping address before buying.
• Your support means the world to us. 💛

Digital Downloads

• Digital goodies are final sale—no take-backs.
• If a file is wonky or won’t open, email us. We’ll help!

Everything Else

• You have 7 days from delivery to email us if something’s wrong.
• Damaged, incorrect, or just off? We’ll fix it with a refund or replacement.
• Send your order number, a photo (if you have one), and a quick note to cristinaandwilliammiller@gmail.com.

5. Digital File Usage

Our digital files come with full usage rights for:

✅ Personal projects

✅ Client work, Etsy shops, POD, KDP—you name it

✅ Branding, marketing, remixing

Just don’t:

❌ Resell or share the original files as-is

❌ Claim the original designs as your own

Simple and fair!

6. Giving Credit (Optional)

Not required, but if you want to give us a shoutout, we’ll do a happy dance.

Try something like: “Design by Cristina & William Miller” or tag us on socials.

7. Copyright & Ownership

All content is protected by copyright:

• Use it, remix it, and sell what you create with it.
• Don’t sell or share original files.
• Don’t pass off our work as your own.

Keep it kind and creative!

8. Privacy

We only collect what’s needed to process orders and respond to you—no shady stuff.

• No selling your info
• No spam
• All safe and sound

9. Updates

We might update these terms as we grow. Any big changes will be posted here—no sneaky fine print.

10. Be Cool, Be Kind
