If you are having trouble accessing your spreadsheet or if it only opens in view-only mode, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Click "File" in the top toolbar and select "Make a copy". This will create a duplicate of the spreadsheet granting you full access. If this doesn't resolve the issue, try the troubleshooting options below.

2. Try opening the spreadsheet from a computer or laptop instead of a mobile device.

3. Make sure you have enough storage space on your Google Drive.

4. Consider using a different web browser to access Google Sheets.

5. Make sure you are logged in

Please note that some spreadsheets are designed to work in both Google Sheets and Excel. You can identify these worksheets by checking the icons in the images and reading the product description. If you are unsure about compatibility with your favorite program, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you determine if the spreadsheet will work properly.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. Once you download a purchase, you will always have access to your purchase. If you have accidentally made a purchase, please refrain from downloading the item. We can check if the purchase has been downloaded via our dashboard. Only purchases that have not been downloaded can be cancelled.
