My name is Chi, I am a qualified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. My passion for fitness was birthed over six years ago when I joined the Prison Service as a Prison Officer. This was a job which was not only physically demanding, but I was surrounded by both male and female officers who were genuinely passionate about working out. I still recall memories of myself with some colleagues turned friends using our lunchbreak to workout in the prison's gym.
Following my exit from the Prison Service I continued to love working out and this is now a lifestyle. There are many benefits to exercising regularly and I am committed to sharing my passion with others and seeing many other women and men fall in love with fitness and wellness.
