All coaching services, programs, sessions, and digital services are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered final.

Because coaching services involve time, preparation, scheduling, and allocation of reserved session space, all purchases are non-reversible and cannot be refunded.

By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your payment reserves dedicated time, attention, and preparation from the coach.

Coaching sessions are scheduled and allocated specifically for you

Time and resources are immediately committed once your booking is confirmed

Therefore, all sales are final once payment has been processed

No exceptions will be made for refunds, cancellations, or unused sessions (Meaning no call no show paid for session)

All coaching services are considered intangible, time-based services, which means once access, scheduling, or preparation has begun, the service is deemed delivered in full even if the client chooses not to attend or complete sessions.
