About Me


Hi, I’m Dayanitsa born in the Netherlands and currently based in Miami. I'm a Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for movement, strength, and helping other women feel unstoppable.

I grew up doing track & field (400m) and gymnastics, today I train 6 days a week not to chase perfection, but because fitness keeps me grounded, confident, and connected to myself.


I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin and that’s exactly why I created these guides. My goal is to make fitness feel doable, motivating, and real for women who want more energy, more confidence, and a stronger body and mind.


Everything I offer is built from my own daily discipline, struggles, and growth. I'm here to inspire, educate, and walk beside you not just as a trainer, but as someone who truly gets it.


I’m also a dog mom, a foodie, passionate about traveling and someone who believes in balancing hard work with self-care, joy, and growth.
