*it is OK to send to someone for them to upload for you however they must delete the model and unity project from computer post upload. It is also ok to get the model and upload for a friend provided it is a gift. <3

*altering a model it ok just know your limits basically this goes back to part stealing again. Own and outfit and want it on a vrc model of mine? (go ham) but not taking stuff off of a model and putting it on another model. Also, when altering the character should still be RECOGIZABLE. basically, don't make them an entirely new character design wise.
*Chibi and Small Characters models are bared for any r18 activities or photos. No being sus with the children. (not that i think the majority of you would do this but i have to put this here as a rule)
*No going into the credits and remaking the entire model or taking the model altering it with purpose to sell
*when rping with character models you are free to call them by different names and use your own stories if you prefer but don't claim you made the design. If you make edits, you can say it's an edited version of the model but don't claim you made the whole thing. If you choose to use there og backgrounds treat it the same as if you are playing a video game character etc.
*Video filming with the model is ok. But making merch and charging for it is not. Fan art is allowed though if you want to draw them thats fine its just charging for it where the line has to be drawn. (This is sepcifically for merch where it is wide spread think selling a plush etc. if you want to be able to do that please reach out personally :> ) Indvidual commissions are ok. again, if someone's using it as a stand in for an oc and an artist you are payed to draw that that's fine. just don't go selling posters at cons if you catch my drift. When video filming please put credits in description and link back to page :> (if model is no central to the video i.e. in background of public lobby, then credit isn't required)

Private commissions:
I do commissions, but the prices vary piece to piece!!! flat service charge is 30 for full avatars + cost of assets needed to make said avatar!!! adding non-fury-based systems is 15$
each base charge comes with 2 toggles then is 5$ for each 2 added on top of that.
THESE PRICES ARE NEGOSABLE!!! NOTHING IIS SET IN STONE UNTIL WE TALK ABOUT IT!!!
