The goal is practical: give dental practices organized, professional, ready-to-use administrative systems that can be customized to their own policies, payer requirements, state requirements, advisors, and internal workflows.

Built from Real Dental Practice Experience

DentalOps Practice Systems was developed by Dr. Trent Rehnquist, DDS, a retired dentist and former dental practice owner with more than two decades of experience leading clinical and administrative practice operations.

Dr. Rehnquist’s background includes 27 years of clinical dentistry and practice ownership, possesses an Advanced Education in General Dentistry, and hands-on experience managing the operational realities that dental teams face every day: front desk flow, team training, patient communication, collections, administrative systems, insurance dynamics, staff coordination, purchasing, marketing, customer account operations, and practice efficiency.

During his practice ownership career, Dr. Rehnquist worked with dental teams, administrative systems, and practice-management workflows in the real world — not just in theory. His experience includes building and managing a high-performing dental office, supervising team members, improving internal systems, working with PracticeWorks and Dentrix, and developing practical protocols to support operational consistency.
