My name is Ebenezer Yaw Dadzie, and I am the founder of Desseyon Services Limited. I have many years of experience supporting people from different backgrounds and with different needs, and I have developed a genuine passion for helping people live with dignity, independence and confidence.

My experience in health and social care has taught me that good support is about much more than completing tasks. It is about listening, showing respect, building trust and treating every person as an individual. Sometimes, having someone there for a conversation, a shopping trip, an appointment or simply a friendly visit can make a significant difference to someone's day.

I have worked in a variety of care and support settings, supporting people with their daily routines, wellbeing, independence and community involvement. I hold a Care Certificate Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and I am continuing my professional development through my studies in Mental Health Nursing at the University of Wolverhampton.

I also bring many years of experience working with people from diverse communities and cultures.

As a Reverend Minister, I have had the privilege of supporting and connecting with people from different backgrounds, which has strengthened my belief in compassion, dignity, equality and treating everyone with respect. I am also a writer, and I am passionate about using my creativity and experience to develop digital products that educate, encourage and support people beyond the immediate care setting. I see writing and digital resources as another way of extending my reach and sharing helpful knowledge with a wider audience. My goal is to use both my practical experience and creativity to continue making a positive difference in people's lives, wherever they may be.

Why I started Desseyon Services

I created Desseyon Services because I believe that everyone deserves to feel valued, heard and supported. Families cannot always be available when their loved ones need company or practical help. That is where we can make a difference.

Our aim is simple:

Whether it is companionship, a welfare visit, shopping, attending an appointment, enjoying a social activity or providing respite for a family carer, I want Desseyon Services to provide support that is reliable, respectful, flexible and centred around the person's own choices.
