1. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a digital product is purchased and access is granted or download links are made available, we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
You are responsible for reviewing all product details and ensuring that the item meets your requirements prior to purchase.
2. Chargeback Policy
By completing a purchase with EIGHTFOLDSAGE, you acknowledge and agree to waive your right to initiate a chargeback with your payment provider. Digital products are non-tangible, irrevocable goods, and all purchases are considered final.
Any chargeback attempt will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in legal action, a permanent ban from future purchases, and forfeiture of access to any previously purchased products.
3. Duplicate Purchases
In the rare event that a duplicate purchase occurs due to a technical issue or accidental multiple transactions, we will review and, if applicable, issue a refund for the duplicate order. All refund requests for duplicate transactions must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase and include valid proof of the duplicate payment.
4. Delivery Issues
Upon successful payment, the digital product will be delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, you are responsible for contacting us at eightfoldsage@gmail.com for assistance. Failure to contact support in a timely manner does not qualify as grounds for a refund.
