Certain products, such as Prompting Foundations, are sold with a Full Master Resell Rights (MRR) License. These licenses include specific rights and limitations:

You Are Permitted To:

• Resell the product for $7.00 USD or more
• Keep 100% of the profits from your own sales
• Pass on the same MRR license to your buyers
• Add personal coaching, mentorship, or bonuses to your offer

You Are Not Permitted To:

• Edit, modify, or rebrand the product content
• Claim authorship or ownership of the product or the EIGHTFOLDSAGE brand
• Bundle this product with other MRR/PLR digital products
• Offer it for free or publish it on free download or piracy sites
• Undercut the minimum listed price of $7.00 USD without written permission

Ownership Clause: All rights remain the sole intellectual property of EIGHTFOLDSAGE. You are granted resell rights only, not content ownership. We reserve the right to revoke licenses from those who violate these terms.

3. Payment & Order Processing

All payments are securely processed via Payhip's integrated payment partners. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your digital download via email or instant access on the checkout page.

4. Refund Policy & Chargeback Waiver

Due to the digital nature of all products sold through EIGHTFOLDSAGE, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Chargeback Waiver:

By purchasing from our store, you expressly agree to waive any rights to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes through your financial institution or payment provider. All disputes must be resolved directly with EIGHTFOLDSAGE.

Initiating a chargeback in violation of this agreement will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action, license revocation, and denial of future access to our products or services.
