Coach Heidy

I’m Heidy, a certified emotional intelligence coach, a mom, and someone who used to feel emotionally overwhelmed all the time. I was stuck in my thoughts, reacting to everything, and repeating the same patterns—until I realized I needed to understand me.

That’s when emotional intelligence changed my life.

I stopped letting my emotions control everything and started learning how to pause, reflect, and choose better. I still have hard days, but now I know how to move through them without losing myself.

On this blog, I share everything I’ve learned about emotional intelligence, mindset shifts, healing, and how to lead your life with more clarity and self-trust. I believe emotional intelligence is the missing piece so many of us need—not just in relationships but in motherhood, decision-making, and daily life.

Now, I help women like you do the same. I coach from experience, not perfection. I teach emotional intelligence in a way that’s simple, real, and easy to use in your everyday life. And I also share what I know about mindset, confidence, self-worth, and building a life that actually feels good.

Now I want to leave you with this question:

What if understanding your emotions was the first step to creating the life you actually want?

FALOHOP's Story

When people ask me what Falohop means, I immediately think about what the word stands for: Faith, Love, and Hope. It’s an acronym I created by putting these three powerful words together into one. But while that’s what Falohop stands for, it doesn’t fully explain what it means to me. Falohop is deeply personal—a name born from my journey of finding purpose and healing. It all started back in 2018, during a quiet moment when I was reflecting on my struggles with mental health and the grief I still carried from losing my best friend in 2011. I asked myself: What can I hold on to that will give me the strength to move forward? The answer came to me in one word: Hope. The hope that one day, the pain would make sense, not as a definition of who I was, but as a chapter in my story that could teach me something and guide me toward helping others.

While sitting in my room, I looked up and saw a piece of wall art with the words “Faith, Love, and Hope.” It was like a light bulb went off. Faith to believe things will get better. Love to spread with others and build connection. Hope to keep going when life feels heavy. These words became my guiding principles, and Falohop became my dream—to create a space where I could pour these values into helping others. One day, I envision opening a café to bring people together, but until that time comes, this website is my way of spreading love, encouragement, and connection. Falohop isn’t just a name; it’s a reminder to keep moving forward, to find meaning in the journey, and to share faith, love, and hope with those who need it most.
