For the purposes of UK data-protection law, EMDA PLUS Ltd is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

Payments are processed securely through Stripe and Payhip. EMDA HealthTech does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Health information

Our downloadable planners are designed to be completed privately by customers on their own devices or on printed copies. Information entered into a downloaded planner is not automatically transmitted to EMDA HealthTech, Payhip or Stripe.

Please do not send medical records, completed planners or unnecessary health information through our contact form or customer-support email. If you voluntarily provide health information, we will use it only as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, protect our legal rights or meet a legal obligation.

EMDA HealthTech does not use customer health information to provide personalised medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

How long we retain information

Transaction and accounting records may normally be retained for approximately six years or longer where legally required. Customer-support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the enquiry and maintain appropriate records. Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or the information is no longer required.

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. Payments are handled by specialist payment providers, and we do not store complete card details.

The store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should make purchases on behalf of a child where appropriate.
