I am a fully qualified personal trainer specialising in working with pregnant and postnatal women, as well as those experiencing menopause. 

As a busy mum of two I know how tough it can be to get back to exercise and fitness. Finding the time is always an issue and gyms can be very intimidating. 

To help, I specialise working with women and provide a 1-2-1 personal training service - in person in the Surrey area, as well as virtual training worldwide. I am also the creator of the Stronger Mother online training programme for postnatal women.
