Every puzzle is checked by me and my puzzle testers before it goes to print, but occasionally an error slips through.

These issues have been corrected in the most recent versions of both the digital and physical books. Thank you for your understanding!

Cross It Out If…

Puzzle 13 — The Sweet-Shop Culprit

Readers didn’t always consider ‘Fudge’ to be chewy and often considered ‘Rock’ to be minty. I removed "Humbug," changed the clue "It's chewy" to "It's chewy or soft," and changed "It tastes of mint" to "It contains the letter L." The answer is Rock.

Puzzle 16 — The Lost Property

Some readers considered ‘Cap’ to be a warm winter item, like a woollen cap. I changed "Cap" to "Cricket cap" to remove confusion. The answer is Cricket cap.

Cross It Out If… Halloween

Puzzle 60 — The Best Face

The clue "Its first three letters form a word" also crosses out the answer, Bunny. I replaced that clue with "It contains the letter M", and removed Panda. The answer is Bunny.

Answer Page Titles

In early copies, five puzzle titles on the answer page don't match the titles on the puzzle pages. The puzzle numbers and the answers themselves are correct; only the titles differ. The affected titles are: 32, 43, 45, 71, and 79.
