If you have made a purchase by mistake, contact the EAI office at orders@emotionsanonymous.org as soon as possible and no later than 1 week after the purchase date for a refund BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE CONTENT. Once you have downloaded your purchase(s) we will not issue a refund or exchange for a physical copy.
