Errica has over 25 years of experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, and human resources executive. She has created and facilitated dozens of leaderships and development curriculum for Fortune 500 Corporations within Supply Chain-Distribution and Big Box retail. Errica has received numerous awards for her work in this area, including the coveted “Best Trainer” award where she managed all aspects of their training program.

Errica is a transformational life coach and corporate consultant. Based in South Carolina, she holds a Certification in Emotional Intelligence, Professional Life Coaching, and Mental Health Coaching. She is an expert at developing others to be more effective leaders through coaching, training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.

She leveraged her experience, knowledge, and success to establish two businesses: Empowered to Prosper LLC, which is a transformative life coaching company; and Core Consulting & Development Group, a corporate consulting firm. Errica works with clients through one-on-one sessions or small group coaching services that focus on self-mastery development that leads to sustainable success.

Errica has a passion and drive to help women and their families experience the joy of everyday life. She is an ordained minister who currently serves at Grace Christian Church in various capacities, including as advisor, administrator, and teacher. She is also involved in creating programs and conducting training that impacts lives in the areas of missions, evangelism, church development, and prison ministry.
