Who I Am
Hi, I’m Terri — also known as Ter Bear.
I’m the heart behind Exploring New Blessings, a healing space created from my journey of transformation.
For years, I battled diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and emotional pain. One day, I made a powerful decision: to reclaim my health naturally and intentionally.
I began with juicing — and it changed my life. But my healing didn’t stop there. I adopted a clean eating regimen, practiced daily self-care, and incorporated holistic wellness practices that restored my energy, sharpened my mind, and lifted my spirits.
Now, I guide others along this same path of healing.

I’ve personally lowered my A1C through clean eating and strategic juicing, and I’ll show you how to do it safely so it supports your health rather than harms it.
