That said, mental imagery is a skill, the more you practice, the better you become and the more useful it will be.

Not at all. Your everyday earbuds work just fine. That said, if you do have proper headphones lying around, you’ll probably enjoy an even richer, more immersive experience.

It depends on the type of session.
Competition sessions: Use them whenever tension or performance-related thoughts pop up—right up to the morning of the event.
Post-training sessions: Best enjoyed immediately after you finish training, while the sensations are still fresh.

Absolutely not. We’re not claiming this is the definitive way to train your mind. Mental imagery will never replace the long-term guidance of a qualified sport psychology professional—someone who understands your unique journey.
This program is simply different.
If you enjoy relaxing, visualizing, and immersing yourself in scenes from your sport, then we think you’ll find it bloody good.

You’re right. We only started recording a year ago, so our sound library is still growing. The good news? We’re constantly adding new, sport-specific recordings and improving sessions.
Think of the program like a good wine—it gets better with time. (I’m French, I couldn’t resist.) And when a session is updated, you automatically get access to the new version with your membership.
