Soul of the Gem is a story that has had an interesting development. It was never initially planned unlike Aphalas, Code of Chivalry and others but it was one that came through a mixes of inspirations and now it is aimed at being a part of something large in the future.

It is my first effort at a fictional story set in the modern real world with both fantasy and historical aspects tied to it.

This is a story with family and spirit at the forefront of its genres, where powers of character's ancestors are bound to them through both powers and a certain set of items. Though our characters including the siblings Zoe and Owen Edwards must take up these powers not only to protect the modern world but also the spirits and legacy of their own ancestral bloodlines.

Heroforge was used to do the early designs of these characters and it is a great tool.
