REFUND POLICY

Finish Line Build Systems LLC (“Finish Line Build Systems,” “FLBS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells downloadable digital products, including spreadsheets, workbooks, templates, guides, and related materials.

Please review the product description, software requirements, and this Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

1 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY NONREFUNDABLE

Because our products are delivered electronically and customers receive immediate access to downloadable files, purchases are generally nonrefundable once a product has been downloaded or accessed.

Unlike a physical product, a digital product cannot be physically returned after delivery.

This policy does not limit any refund or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.

2 - WHEN A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT MAY BE PROVIDED

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same product.

• You received an incomplete, corrupted, or damaged file.

• You did not receive access to the product you purchased.

• You received a product different from the product shown on your order.

• The product does not function substantially as described when used with officially supported software.

• Another problem occurred that prevents you from reasonably accessing or using the product as advertised.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, repair or replace the file, restore access, issue a partial refund, or issue a full refund.

We may attempt to correct a technical or delivery problem before issuing a refund.

3 - CIRCUMSTANCES THAT GENERALLY DO NOT QUALIFY

A refund will generally not be provided because:

• You changed your mind after purchasing.

• You no longer want or need the product.

• You purchased the wrong product without first reviewing its description.

• You expected a feature that was not listed or advertised.

• You do not have compatible software or equipment.

• You attempted to use the product with unsupported software.

• You need general computer or Microsoft Excel training.

• You found the product difficult to use but it functions as described.

• You customized, altered, damaged, deleted, or redistributed the files.

• You completed your vehicle project or no longer plan to use the product.

• You expected the product to provide mechanical, engineering, financial, legal, or other professional advice.

• A third-party application changed, removed, or failed to support a feature.

FLBS spreadsheet products are officially supported for a current or recent desktop version of Microsoft Excel for Windows or macOS unless the product description states otherwise.

Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, mobile applications, browser-based spreadsheet applications, and older versions of Microsoft Excel may alter formatting, formulas, or functionality and are not officially supported unless expressly stated.

4 - DUPLICATE PURCHASES

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same or different email addresses, contact us and include both order receipts.

Once verified, we will normally refund the duplicate transaction.

5 - TECHNICAL AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS

Before requesting a refund for a download or access problem, please:

• Check your spam or junk-email folder for the receipt and download link.

• Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.

• Try the download again using another browser or device.

• Confirm that you are opening the product with officially supported software.

• Contact us so we can attempt to restore access or provide a replacement file.

We will make a reasonable effort to correct legitimate file or delivery problems.

6 - HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please include:

• Your full name.

• The email address used for the purchase.

• Your order number or receipt.

• The product purchased.

• The purchase date.

• A brief description of the problem.

• A screenshot of any error message, if applicable.

Please do not send payment-card numbers or other sensitive financial information by email.

We aim to respond within two business days.

7 - REFUND DECISIONS

Refund requests are reviewed individually based on the purchase record, product description, download or access history, reported problem, and applicable law.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

If approved, the refund will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time after approval is controlled by Stripe, PayPal, the customer’s bank, or another applicable payment provider.

Original processing fees may be nonrefundable where permitted by law and where they are not returned to us by the payment provider.

8 - EFFECT OF A REFUND

If a full refund is issued:

• Your license to use the product immediately terminates.

• Access to the Payhip download page may be revoked.

• You must stop using the product.

• You must delete all downloaded, working, and backup copies in your possession or control.

• You may not continue using, sharing, copying, or distributing any portion of the product.

Issuing a partial refund does not change the product license unless we notify you otherwise in writing.

9 - CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Please contact Finish Line Build Systems before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We want an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate product, billing, or delivery problems.

Filing a chargeback does not expand your license rights or permit continued use of a refunded product.

We may provide the payment processor with relevant order records, delivery records, download history, communications, and evidence that the customer accepted our store policies.

10 - POLICY CHANGES

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our products, business practices, payment services, or legal obligations.

The policy in effect on the date of purchase will generally govern that purchase unless applicable law requires otherwise.
