STOP MEMORIZING. START THINKING LIKE AN EMT.™
You studied the material. You know more than you think.
But then the question appears.
Two answers look right. You start second-guessing yourself. You add information that isn’t in the scenario. And suddenly you’ve talked yourself out of the answer you knew five minutes ago.
FIRST IN™ was built for that moment.
The FIRST IN™ EMT Certification Exam Prep System isn’t another giant pile of facts or another question bank. It’s a 93-page digital study system designed to help you work through EMT-style scenarios with purpose.
Inside, you’ll learn how to:
• Recognize the clues that actually matter
• Identify immediate threats and priorities
• Work through realistic patient scenarios
• Decide what your patient needs FIRST
• Avoid common question distractions
• Understand WHY one decision takes priority over another
• Debrief your decisions and learn from missed clues
• Build a repeatable approach you can use again and again
THE FIRST IN METHOD™
SEE IT → SIZE IT UP → FIND THE THREAT → TREAT WHAT MATTERS → MAKE THE MOVE
Throughout the system, you’ll work with tools including What Matters First?™, Don’t Take the Bait™, Sick or Not Sick?™, Doorway Impression™, Clue or Noise?™, Run the Call™, First In Debrief™ and more.
This was made for the EMT student who:

Hi, I’m Kristin. 🚑
I’ve spent nearly two decades in EMS and healthcare, both caring for patients and teaching the next generation of EMS professionals.
And there’s something I’ve seen again and again: students often know far more than they think they do.
The challenge isn’t always learning more information. It’s knowing how to organize what you know, recognize what matters first, and confidently apply it when the pressure is on.
That’s why I created First In Study Co.
My goal is to help EMT and paramedic students move beyond memorization and develop the clinical thinking skills they need for the classroom, the exam, and eventually the patient in front of them.
Because EMS isn’t about memorizing the call.
It’s about learning to run it.
Stop memorizing. Start thinking like an EMT. 🚑
