Hi, I'm Lorri, a higher education leader with 15+ years designing curriculum and workforce programs, from institutional professional development to hands-on classroom teaching. I'm also a certified Toyota KATA practitioner, TWI Lean Simulator Team Leader, and Strategic Doing instructor, and I've spent years applying lean thinking to how course teams actually get work done.

FlowFix grew out of that experience. It's a lean, practical toolkit for instructional designers and curriculum teams who are juggling multiple projects and want a repeatable way to spot friction, test one fix, and prove it worked — without redesigning everything at once.

When I'm not building workflow tools, you'll usually find me hunting for antiques or hosting a livestream auction.
