Clarity, Alignment, Repetition, and Enthusiasm. Yes, Care for yourself as the acronym suggests. Get clear about what you desire to have, then get into alignment by becoming the woman who embodies and identifies with the new version of herself. Next , use repetition to saturate your subconscious mind with new affirmations about your desire in the present moment. Act as if you already have it. Get excited! Use Enthusiasm to help shift your state of expectancy for the things you are manifesting!
