You agree all purchases/ services made through flygirlsmanifesting.com are non-refundable. Rescheduling a session must be made within 10 days of purchase by my self ( Danielle Jenkins) or the customer

You agree that you are committing to a minimum of 30days in group coaching memberships.

You understand that you have access to the materials provided in The Sweet Spot Membership while you have a current membership, but canceling your membership forfeits access to these materials, the community, whats app private group chat and the 7 day mental diet reset for the current month in your paid membership

You agree that all information contained in this membership is copywritten and protected, and understand that any attempt to recreate, release, distribute or profit from the information contained in this membership will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

You understand that the group program sessions will be recorded and your participation in these live sessions is your consent to have your, likeness, voice, image, and more recorded, and furthermore, you understand that these recordings may be used in future on my platform with no further notice or compensation to you.( including what's app group chat)

You understand your use of the information contained in this membership will not guarantee desired changes in your life.

You understand your use of the information contained in this membership is not a substitute for therapy, medical or nutritional advice of any kind.

You understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your mental well-being, mental, and physical choices, and decisions during and after your use of the information contained in this workshop.

You agree to be kind, courteous, and respectful to the other participants of the program and understand that a violation of this agreement is grounds for dismissal from the group program with no refund or compensation owed to you with no explanation needed. This is to be left to my (Danielle Jenkins) discretion

You understand that we do not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding any results of any kind.

Except as specifically provided in this agreement or where the law requires a different standard, you agree that Fly Girls Manifesting is not responsible for any loss, death, illness, property damage, or bodily injury, caused by your use of the information contained in this workshop or care following and you expressly waive, discharge, release all liability and hold Company and Danielle O.J harmless of all such claims. To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, Company will not be responsible to you or any third party claims through by you for any direct, indirect, special or consequential, economic, or other damages arising in any way out of your use of the information contained in this workshop.

All EFT Tapping Sessions MUST be on camera appearances for all participants in the Group Coaching or 1 on 1 Sessions for ethical purposes.

You understand that in ALL EFT tapping session that you must NOT participate if you are driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires your undivided attention

You expressly consent to any and all methods and techniques necessary Coach Dani may suggest in your session. 

You agree that the information shared in the group programs is confidential and you will not record, release or distribute this material; nor shall speak of, expose, or inform any third parties of those in attendance or what was discussed.

⚠️FOR ALL 10DAY COACHING CLIENTS:

you must schedule all 1 on 1 sessions within 14 days of starting date from SERVICE AGREEMENT.

⚠️FOR ALL 30DAY CLIENTS: MEMBERSHIPS/COACHING MONTH TO MONTH:

you must sign your contract within 1 week of receiving it. The membership group coaching is in full effect the day you sign up and purchase THE SWEET SPOT FOR CREATIVES AND ENTREPRENEURS.

you fully understand it is your responsibility to check your emails and stay up to date with communicating with me ( Danielle Jenkins)

you fully understand that I can void the contract and membership cancelation with no refund issued for lack of communication within a 30 day period from the recipient. 

⚠️FOR ALL 3 MONTH COACHING CLIENTS/MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS:

you must sign your contract within 1 week of receiving it. The membership group coaching is in full effect the day you sign up and purchase THE SWEET SPOT FOR CREATIVES AND ENTREPRENEURS.

you fully understand it is your responsibility to check your emails and stay up to date with communicating with me ( Danielle Jenkins)

⚠️you fully understand that I ( Danielle Jenkins) can void the contract and cancel ANY/ and /or ALL Memberships with no refund issued for lack of communication within a 30 day period from the recipient or if the has been any disrespectful , violent or menacing communication.
