My devotion towards helping people to heal began in the mist of my own journey with deep pain. A period in my late 20s where the very foundations I created to protect me for most of my life began to crack. It was in that moment that I went on a search for deeper answers, because I knew in my soul that there was more of a story to this pain than just what the surface layer was showing me.

And thats where I experienced spiritual growth, soul expansion, learnt about the deeper layers of our nervous system, as well as the beautiful and cosmic energy that we all possess.

Around mid 2024 I went on to qualify as a Trauma informed coach, and a Subconscious reprogramming facilitator.

For the last year, my personal journey, knowledge and wisdom has combined all my teachings into somatic energy healing and soul alignment work. Supporting and holding space for those souls experiencing long-term pain, and offer them a gentle container where life-force energy can flow, and a profound yet beautiful transformation is possible.

And it's in that rebirth where true freedom within.

I honour this work as it set me free, and continues to do so today. 🪽
