Sandra has loved cooking since she was seven. That early curiosity eventually led her to catering college in London and into the hospitality industry, where she did a bit of everything, from front-of-house to icing 400 cupcakes for events.
Years later, discovering a gluten intolerance put her passion on pause. But it also sparked a new goal: to make gluten-free cooking feel exciting, generous, and genuinely delicious.
She started her blog, Fun Without Gluten, during the pandemic and has since shared 250+ recipes with readers looking for inspiration to cook, experiment, and enjoy food again.
