You’ll also have weekly check-ins with me for progress tracking, feedback, and adjustments as needed. Plus, you’ll have direct access to ask questions any time. This isn’t a cookie-cutter plan, it’s real coaching with accountability.

That depends on your starting point, your consistency, and your goals. Most guys start seeing noticeable changes in strength, energy, and body composition within the first 3–4 weeks. Bigger physical changes, dropping fat or building visible muscle, happen within 8–12 weeks if you’re following the plan properly. After 12 weeks your body will be significantly different.

Every week, you’ll fill out a simple form covering your weight, progress photos, training feedback, nutrition adherence, and how you’re feeling in general. I’ll review everything, send you a personalised video response with feedback, adjustments if needed, and clear action points for the week ahead. If you need more support, we can arrange calls to discuss in more detail.

Depends on you. Some people prefer a set and rigid meal plan and other prefer a more flexible approach. I’ll set your calories, macros, and provide meal examples, food lists, and portion guidelines that fit your preferences. My approach is about teaching you how to eat in a way that works long-term, not forcing you to follow a strict chicken-and-rice plan that only lasts a week.
