Hi, I’m Zhenya!



I’m a proud mom of two wonderful kids – both living with celiac disease, and one also with an egg allergy.


Our family’s journey with food restrictions has taught me more than I ever imagined about creativity, patience, and the joy of making meals everyone can enjoy.


I know firsthand how hard it can be for busy parents to find practical, reliable, and truly tasty recipes. I also understand the importance of trust when it comes to cooking for allergies and autoimmune conditions – because for us, food isn’t just about flavor, it’s about safety and peace of mind.


That’s why every recipe I share is one we eat in our own home. They’re made with simple, wholesome ingredients, tested over and over in my kitchen, and loved by my whole family. They’re always 100% gluten-free and egg-free, with plenty of dairy-free and vegan options, so everyone can join in.
