Hand forged - Due to the hand-forged nature of our products, returns are not accepted under any circumstance. While we pride ourselves in skin-testing all of our products to ensure they work well on even the most sensitive of skin, nothing is guaranteed. It is advised that you skin test before going full throttle on any of our products. It is also vital that you follow the explicit instructions for usage that is found on the product that you order. We will not and are not responsible for any allergic reactions, burns, scarring, hurt or pain, physical, emotional, mental, psychological or otherwise that you may face or anyone you gift our product to may face as a result of our products. Use with caution. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.

Sex toys - Under no circumstance will we accept sex toys of any kind back. Once received and open that is it.
